New: Passenger dies mid-flight after ‘blood erupts from his mouth and nose’

A tragic incident unfolded aboard a Lufthansa flight from Thailand to Germany as a 63-year-old man coughed up ‘litres of blood’ before collapsing and dying mid-flight. Passengers were left horrified as the man’s condition rapidly deteriorated, with witnesses describing scenes of panic and chaos.

Despite efforts from crew and fellow passengers to help, the man could not be saved. His body was moved to the galley of the plane as the flight returned to Bangkok. Amidst the tragedy, the man’s wife was left to navigate customs alone, adding to the heartbreak of the situation. Metro.co.uk is awaiting comment from Lufthansa.
