Two executives of Aman Palestin Bhd pleaded not guilty to 52 counts of criminal breach of trust, involving over RM20 million. At the Shah Alam Sessions Court, they were accused of misusing funds entrusted to them as directors of Samudra Champa Sdn Bhd, a company linked to the organization.

The alleged offenses occurred between March 12, 2018, and November 3, 2021, at a Maybank branch in Selangor. Bail was set at RM1 million, with half due immediately and the remainder by March 14. The trial is scheduled for March 14. The MACC had previously frozen accounts linked to the charity organization.
