It is rare to see luxury brands like Christian Dior in today’s day and age to accept responsibility for their flawed items. Furthermore, a woman claimed that her RM15,000 bag was defected due to the glue stains leaking all over the fabric. However, the brand took the bag back and replaced it with a new model.
Christian Dior accepting returns
Some are shocked to know that the woman was able to return her bag after two years. However, some luxury brands will accept responsibility if their items are defective. Unfortunately, not all brands will accept fault.
Regardless, if you’re spending over RM15,000 on a designer bag that is not even leather, the after service has to be top notch. Or else, what is the point of buying the authentic pieces if they are just as defective as the fake ones anyways.
