Ukrainian human rights groups urge Rishi Sunak to break the deadlock over the £2.5bn proceeds from Chelsea FC’s sale, frozen in a UK bank account for almost two years. The coalition demands immediate action to support victims of the war, emphasizing the funds’ humanitarian purpose.

Signatories include organizations documenting war crimes, advocating for victims’ rights, and legal experts like Helena Kennedy.
