Malaysians are still in their boycott era. KK mart is currently engulfed with hateful messages after they were caught selling socks with “Allah” written on them. For obvious reasons, netizens are vehemently angry towards the situation. Their statement did not help the situation one bit.

KK Mart to be boycotted by netizens?

X users state that Muslims themselves are very careful on where they would place God’s name. Netizens agree that socks are not an appropriate place to have the name of God on it. The socks supplier apologized for their mistakes, but it seems that consumers are still unsatisfied with it.

Some question the effects of boycotting these companies. Netizens responded by saying that these companies will be taught to be more sensitive when it comes to religious matters.
