A number of unhappy customers shared their experience on TikTok citing that the brand should’ve prepared better. Unfortunately, ordering something as simple as a drink can take up to 20 minutes for the order to be fulfilled. Others are asking if any other outlets are going through the same thing.
On the TikTok for you page, there were several videos that went viral regarding this issue. In the comments section, some users claim that the outlet they went to was perfectly okay. This is leading some to speculate that it could be specific to the outlet rather than the brand as a whole.
