Selangor Police Chief Datuk Hussein Omar Khan confirmed the owner of the luggage containing over RM500,000 found in a Petaling Jaya shopping center parking lot. CCTV footage identified the individual, who claimed to have forgotten the luggage after intending to take it home.

“Based on the footage, we confirmed that the man whose testimony was recorded is the same individual carrying the luggage in question. He claimed that the luggage was taken out of the apartment to take home, but was left behind. The man is also from the same company that filed a police report accusing the luggage owner before,” he said in a press conference,” Selangor Police Chief, Datuk Hussein Omar Khan says.
