Netizens are up in arms with the ongoing saga of Najib Razak’s discount now turned into a possible house arrest order from a mysterious addendum that has suddenly surfaced. Most of those who comments on the matter are not happy that Najib, whom they say is responsible for the 1MDB scandal, is granted so much special treatment. Some are saying it is a shame for the Madani government.

Others ask why the sudden surfacing of an addendum that all government ministers are said to have seen while Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution denies any knowledge of it. After all, there is a conflict between Deputy PM Zahid Hamidi and MITI Minister Tengku Zafrul Aziz who filed affidavits on the matter. Zafrul is said to have ‘seen’ the addendum and showed it to Zahid but no one have a physical copy of it!
