Lana Del Rey recently showed off her beautiful Jacob & Co watch which costs around RM2.2 million. An Instagram user responded to her post saying that she loves her and that her new watch is as expensive as her house. Lana then swiftly responded by saying “love you brokie.”

Some were playing her song lyrics as a joke. A popular quote from her Ultraviolence song is quoted as “she called me broke and it felt like a kiss.” However, some users did not find this funny as they feel celebrities should not “insult” their fans.
Others are debating with each other in regards to whether this is a troll comment or an actual jab towards the fan. Regardless, the feelings towards this are mixed and users are not entirely sure how to feel about it.
