A few months prior, a viral restaurant in Kelantan mimicking KFC called Kelantan Freid Chicklen went viral. Most users found it to be hilarious, and whilst the boycott drama, some jokingly stated that this restaurant should open multiple chains in other states as well.

Furthermore, another user corrected the original poster saying that the “l” in chicken is also important. Apparently the brand is also misspelling chicken as chicklen. Users initially found it ironic that the name has the word freid instead of fried.
Following that, other users shared the list of other options for customers to go to if the chain restaurant is closing more of its doors. Alternative brands like Muiz Fried Chicken is also another popular option.
