Indonesian TikToker @myusufhendratno owned up to his mistake and sent a sorry video to Malaysians after he was blasted on the X platform for poking fun at Bahasa Malaysia. He says it was not intentional but purely out of curiosity as on his very first visit to Malaysia, he was so confused with some words that confused him, thus he made a video about them.

He also explained the context of the video which was to discuss the differences between both languages where some words used in Malaysia are used differently in Indonesia, which made it funny. But some Malaysians did not take it lightly as they attacked him on social media saying he ‘tak sedar diri’ or that he made them feel bitter that a foreigner came to the country and pokes fun at the language, or that he should ‘hormat’ when he visits other people’s country.
