Running from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm, the carnival begins with leisurely activities including performances by Busker Bob and renowned artist Kaka Azraff, along with a casual chat with Lembah Jaya State Assemblyman, Syed Ahmad Syed Abdul Rahman Alhadad or Altimet. Visitors can enjoy government services and local vendors, culminating in a special address by PKR President Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
