Just today, an X user noted that they were unable to access their “tabung” and claimed that Maybank states that it will only be for two hours. The bank is apparently checking for the root cause of the problem. It was announced just yesterday that there were some technical issues and everything is back to normal.
Maybank’s MAE app down again?
Additionally, users were scared to see that their “tabung” was missing. For some, their entire life savings could possibly be in there. However, this technical flaw will surely be fixed sooner than later. But the main concern is regarding the MAE app’s constant breakdown.
It appears that customers are looking for alternative banks as they are tired with the constant issues the app is facing.
