Putrajaya police chief A Asmadi Abdul Aziz says the incident occurred at around 5.30pm on Sunday at Precinct 11 here. “The victim tried to enter the house via the balcony in the back of the flat but slipped and fell from the fifth floor due to heavy rain,” he says in a statement. The boy, who is the son of a police personnel, was reported to be in stable condition but remains under observation as there was bleeding in the head.
