Zus Coffee has done its level best in order to appease the social media users in lieu with the recent controversy. Prior to this, there were accusations that they were using Greek mythology for their branding. Now, it’s in lieu with Israel and Palestine. Netizens are particularly sensitive with the wordings used.
Zus Coffee sends out new apology to netizens
Netizens are apparently still playing with the words that the coffee brand is using in their apology. They admitted to what they thought netizens wanted to hear, but it seems that they are still unsatisfied with the statement given by the brand.
Others were upset that BM was not prioritized in the statement and stated that the national language should be placed first over the English statement. Regardless, it seems that whatever is done will not be satisfactory for the crowd.
