Recently, a disgruntled customer at a petrol station went viral after complaining about the fact that Singaporeans get preferred treatment by the foreign workers there. A man filming the situation states that tourists are more prioritized in lieu of them giving tips, but users agree with the workers.
Foreign worker prioritizing Singaporean cars in petrol stations
Netizens state that they do not see anything wrong with the situation as the Singaporeans are tipping these workers. It is obvious that they would go the extra mile for their customers who would give them the incentives to do so.
Others state a simple RM2-3 tip will make these workers happy. Despite this, netizens state that it’s not their responsibility to clean the cars of customers who are refueling their cars. They would also do the same for Malaysian cars.
