A TikTok video showing the fixed escalators went viral, receiving over 70,000 views and praise for Loke’s effective leadership.
However, netizens on X noted that several mall escalators remain broken, with some humorously suggesting Loke should be involved despite the issue being unrelated to public transport. Effective maintenance remains crucial for customer satisfaction at the luxury mall.
