However, netizens justified their actions with the same reasons that have been on repeat. They claim that the chicken sizes have reduced significantly in their stores. An X user claims that their staff are less friendlier than they should be.
Some are confused as the international branches of their restaurants are under Yum foods, which is on the boycott list. However, in Malaysia, they’re under JCorp, which is considered as a local corporation.
