The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (KPKM) in Malaysia has mandated that farmers, livestock breeders, and aquaculture operators register with the GeoAgro Registration System. This will allow them to receive diesel subsidy cash assistance under the BUDI Agri-Commodity category of the MADANI Subsidy Assistance (BUDI MADANI) programme. Eligible participants must register online before applying on the BUDI MADANI portal.

Diesel subsidy
The government will continue existing subsidies for fishermen and increase plowing and harvesting incentives for padi farmers. Additionally, subsidized diesel fleet cards are provided to eligible agricultural transport vehicles through the Subsidised Diesel Control System (SKDS) 2.0.
