With the subsidies being taken away from T20 Malaysians and them paying higher taxes, some users state that it is no longer worth it to be one. Additionally, X user’s state that being a high income earner is not an easy feat to begin with as they would have to climb the corporate ladder and that takes years.
Being T20 is no longer a privilege?
However, the rant of the high income earners is feigned by the user complaining about the current government. Additionally, many forgot what the previous administrations did to our country. X users state that PAS supporters previously were vehemently against the high income group, now they’re oddly showing sympathy towards them.
Another user who claims to be a T20 adds that they are more than happy to pay their taxes to the current government as they know the funds are being spent well, unlike previous administrations.
