Apparently, it was a child’s father who ordered the meal for them. They did not notice the food type as the receipt was apparently hidden down below the meal box. The child only found out after they ate the meal.
Others are blaming the delivery service for not separating halal and haram food. But, users state that this is already done by these services, but it is wise to double check the food before eating it.
