Its a short video in which he says the Chinese in Malaysia have a totally different priority and psychic than the Malays. The Chinese main focus is business, and freedom to do business while for the Malays, he says, it is the safeguard of their faith and their race.

While some agree with him, others see this division in priorities as a module that will continue the divide between Malays and Chinese in the country.
