The whole country is now waiting whether the parents of autistic child Zayn Rayyan Abdul Matiin, will be charged in court or released on police bail. This is because the extended remand for the couple, Ismanira Abd Manaf and Zaim Ikhwan Zahari ends on June 13. There has been a huge interest in the case since the arrest of the parents on social media chatrooms.

Zayn Rayyan’s mother was the only witness brought to the scene to re-enact what happened that fateful day and she was taken to the riverbank where the boy’s body was found on Dec 6, 2023.
