The High Court was informed of a lawsuit by 1MDB, SRC, and subsidiaries against Rosmah Mansor and another individual, alleging the misappropriation of US$346 million. Luxury goods from 48 vendors in 14 locations worldwide were allegedly purchased using funds from 1MDB and SRC.

The plaintiffs claim that these purchases, made between 2010 and 2014, were funded by fraudulent transfers and served no legitimate purpose. Rosmah is accused of using the funds to buy luxury items. The lawsuit seeks to reclaim the misappropriated funds from Rosmah and the second defendant, Shabnam Naraindas Daswani.
