A viral TikTok video made by an influencer states that she encountered one of the rudest staff in Zara. Prior to this, she states that she has always had a pleasant customer experience in the fast fashion store. Generally, they’re known to have less than friendly staff as the nature of their brand is for shoppers to get trendy designs for an affordable price.

Additionally, other TikTokers shared their comments regarding the situation. Some state that it is not necessary for the employee to be rude to the customer in any form. The rest of the staff simply apologized for the errors of the rude employee.
However, there are some who mentioned that it will be difficult for the staff members to do their job as they would have to constantly clean up after customers. This is in lieu to the point that the staff was rude to the influencer in lieu of her “dropping” something.
