A recent viral TikTok video shows that a man was recently seen throwing cement blocks from a skyscraper. Many shared their concerns on the well being of the individuals who are on the pedestrian level. But, it appears that the authorities in New York City have yet to find the perpetrator.

Some state that the individual was probably signalling for help from those down below. Others assume that said person has a troubled mind. This could have been something serious as the cement block might have unalived those who are down below.
