Transport Minister Loke Siew Fook has warned driving schools against participating in illegal kopi O driving licence syndicates, threatening them with license revocation. The government is determined to end such corrupt practices to protect road users, especially the youth.

Loke highlighted the electronic driving test system (eTesting), introduced by the Road Transport Department (JPJ), as a proactive measure to combat corruption in driving schools. He urged driving schools to adapt to this system before its mandatory implementation in 2030. Several applications for eTesting implementation have been received and are currently being processed, with approvals forthcoming.
