KFC Malaysia has introduced The KFC Scholarship, aiming to empower underprivileged students in Malaysia. The initiative provides financial support for qualified B40 students pursuing undergraduate degrees at public universities.
KFC launches scholarships for B40 students
Alongside tuition fees, recipients receive a monthly living allowance and KFC meal vouchers. Interested students can apply until July 31. The scholarship targets those aged 18 to 21 from B40 families who meet academic criteria.
The program, part of KFC Add Hope’s efforts, aims to alleviate financial barriers and foster education. Chairman Tan Sri Jamaludin Ibrahim emphasises the transformative power of education, while CEO Nehchal Khanna highlights holistic development.
