An X user was promoting a hotel in Kampung Baru named Tamu Hotel. They allege that the hotel is not ranked as 5-stars in lieu of it being a Halal hotel not serving alcohol. But, other users claim that the ranking is based on the facilities and the quality of the service rather than solely serving alcohol.

Others are unhappy that some individuals would prefer adding in religious sentiments while reviewing products and services. When in reality, a product or service should not be ranked according to the religion of the owner, this is the sentiment shared by several X users.

Another user states that serving pork in a blanket or alcohol will not be a determining factor if a hotel is ranked as 5-stars or not. The priority of the situation is the service of said industry.
