The father of Baby Syifaa will be charged in the Sessions Court here tomorrow for fraud related to legal fees. Wangsa Maju District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Mohamad Lazim Ismail, stated that the 41-year-old man would be prosecuted following the issuance of the charge order.
