A viral post on X shows that a Parliamentary session is nearly half empty and users are complaining regarding the political situation in the country. Some users state that this would make serious laws being passed in an easier manner.

Additionally, X users are blaming the opposition members for the parliament being empty. For the time being, this is an alleged accusation. But, netizens add that if they’re in attendance, they can challenge the government on certain things.
Some are defending the current government citing that whatever is being done, they will be criticised. Regardless, others state that during the Covid era, the parliament was closed under Perikatan Nasional’s rule.
