Terengganu Mufti Datuk Mohamad Sabri Haron stated that Islam forbids Muslims from reciting the “Qunut Nazilah” prayer against fellow Muslims, as it calls for their destruction. This follows Perikatan Nasional (PN) MPs reciting the prayer in Dewan Rakyat, allegedly to protest the suspension of Machang MP Wan Ahmad Fayhsal Wan Ahmad Kamal and show solidarity with Palestinians.
