New: CUEPACS proposes programme to monitor, manage obesity issues

KUALA LUMPUR: The Congress of Union of Employees in the Public and Civil Services Malaysia (CUEPACS) has proposed regular health checks for civil servants aged 40 and above, especially those showing signs of obesity. CUEPACS President Datuk Dr Adnan Mat suggests a new program, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Department of Youth and Sports, to monitor and manage obesity among public servants.
