Apparently, an X user discussed how the RFID lane is backed up this morning. They state that the availability for this payment method is scarce on highways and are incompatible with other gates of each highway. They feel this payment method is inconvenient.

Others are throwing bold accusations towards the service citing that it is not as good as most people would think it is. However, these are alleged claims and are not the reality of the service.
Some suggest that we should be more like Singapore with the systems they’re using. But users add that this could open the doors of more monopolisation in these payment systems.
