On Monday, August 12, white smoke was observed from a Singapore Airlines (SIA) plane landing at Narita Airport. No injuries were reported, according to Kyodo News, which cited firefighters. Flight SQ638, arriving from Singapore at 7:38 am after departing at 12:14 am, carried 276 passengers and crew.
