Carlos Sainz in the upgraded Ferrari took third, followed by Oscar Piastri and Charles Leclerc. The session saw a temporary halt when Kevin Magnussen’s Haas hit a barrier. Notably, Max Verstappen, who was fastest in the first practice session, finished 14th in the second after not completing a qualifying simulation.
