Recently, an issue involving Global Ikhwan Services and Business Holdings (GISBH) exploiting 402 underage teenagers in 20 charity homes went viral. According to Astro Awani, the Royal Malaysia Police investigation revealed that victims were taught and forced to perform sodomy by their caretakers. 

GISBH accused of exploiting 402 underage teenagers in charity homes 

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Hussain confirmed that sick victims were denied medical treatment until critical. The charity homes used children and religious sentiments to solicit donations. 

Hot objects were used to punish children, and physical contact was justified as Islamic medical treatment. Eight investigation papers have been opened under various child protection and anti-trafficking laws.
