An X user states that they complained to Maxis, their carrier, about this problem. But, their carrier told them that it’s due to their phone. Tech influencers agree that the phone’s frame is allegedly the problem.
Others state that a simple repair could be done in order to restore the phone’s cellular service again. But the repairs will come at a cost between RM250 and RM300.
