Bus driver allegedly spew racial slur to passenger
The poster on X states that just because a fellow passenger forgot to tap her card, she received a slur from the driver. The user adds that Rapid KL should screen through their staff and ensure their drivers are professional.
Drivers should learn on how to deal with passengers if they were to be facing them as such behaviours should not be accepted.
