Singapore has been named the friendliest city in Southeast Asia by Preply, an online tutoring platform. The study evaluated various cities based on visitor return rates, diversity acceptance, and safety levels.
Singapore Named Friendliest City in Southeast Asia
They achieved a 14% visitor return rate, scored 164 out of 200 for visitor acceptance, 52 for diversity acceptance, and 74.68 on the safety index.
It also boasts the highest language proficiency in Asia. Kuala Lumpur ranked 6th in Southeast Asia and 15th in Asia, with a high visitor acceptance score but lower diversity acceptance and safety index.
