A previous article done by us where it took pedestrians 15-20 minutes to cross the legendary Jalan Ampang showed that the country’s infrastructure was made for cars. However, due to the flash floods yesterday, Jalan Ampang was stuck in a gridlock. Hundreds of cars were stuck in a traffic frenzy.

Netizens state that drivers are particularly at fault for this in lieu of their “selfishness.” They add that if there is no space available in front of them, they should do their due diligence and wait at their location until traffic clears out.
Others add that the traffic police are needed during times like these. But, there could be some problems due to this as it heavily rained relatively the entire day yesterday.
