Authorities reported that a foreign suspect caused an estimated RM510,000 in damages after allegedly using fireworks in a malicious act that led to a fire. Police seized various types of fireworks from the suspect, who also tested positive for cannabis. According to Inspector Seng Lee, both suspects have been remanded for six days, until November 6, to assist in further investigations. Two men, including a Sri Lankan national, are detained.
