The founders of a prominent online fashion business were questioned by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) today regarding RM43.9 million in losses tied to investments by Khazanah Nasional and Permodalan Nasional Bhd (PNB). The couple arrived at MACC headquarters in Putrajaya around 2:30 pm and, as of 8 pm, remained there for questioning, which is expected to conclude by 10 pm. The probe follows MACC raids on four premises, including the fashion brand’s office, and the seizure of documents. MACC Chief Commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki confirmed the investigation, stressing its importance due to the involvement of public funds.
