Bung Moktar: Sabah Still Struggling with Basic Infrastructure, Early State Election Likely

Sabah top BN Chief Bung Moktar Radin has highlighted the stark contrast between development in Sabah and Sarawak, emphasizing Sabah’s ongoing struggles with basic infrastructure. Speaking on the possibility of early state elections, Bung noted Sabah’s water supply issues, where some areas go months without clean water, and electricity outages that occur multiple times a week. He criticized the GRS government for failing to present a White Paper on water solutions, pledging to address this within six months if given the mandate. Bung also highlighted poor rural roads, stressing the need for better planning and resources to uplift Sabahans’ quality of life.
