Despite this option, the Ministry of Transport will continue digitizing services under the Road Transport Department (JPJ). The MyJPJ app has facilitated over one million transactions, generating nearly RM121 million in revenue.
The app also offers cost-saving benefits by reducing printing expenditures and will soon include a notification feature for road tax renewal reminders.
