A 25-year-old man was arrested early this morning in Puchong Permai for allegedly robbing a woman with a pair of scissors in Puchong Utama. The incident occurred around 9pm when the suspect entered an unlocked house occupied by four foreign women. Finding one woman alone, he gagged and tied her before stealing a gold ring, RM600, and a black Oppo A59 phone. Subang Jaya Police Chief ACP Wan Azlan Wan Mamat confirmed the suspect was apprehended hours later. The case, under Sections 392 and 397 of the Penal Code, remains under investigation. Police urge witnesses to provide any relevant information.
