Floods in several Malaysian states have worsened, with Pahang newly affected. Nationwide, 152,377 flood evacuees are now in temporary relief centres, up from 146,611 last night. Kelantan reports 96,743 evacuees, while Terengganu has 43,281.

In Kedah, evacuees increased to 8,754, and Johor saw a rise to 592. Pahang opened 15 centres to shelter 452 evacuees. Melaka and Perlis also reported increases, while Negeri Sembilan and Selangor saw slight drops. Five major rivers remain above danger levels but are decreasing.
