Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) has been named the best airport globally for service quality by Airports Council International (ACI). In ACI’s ‘Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Global Performance Departures Passenger Satisfaction Report’ for Q3 2024, KLIA scored a perfect 5.00.
KLIA Named World’s Best Airport for Service Quality
This surpasses the ASQ Global Average score of 4.32. The airport excelled in various categories and maintained a perfect score for overall experience, outperforming several benchmarks. The survey, conducted from July 1 to September 12, 2024, included 352 passengers and 355 airports worldwide.
