FashionValet founders Datin Vivy Yusof and Datuk Fadzarudin Shah Anuar pleaded not guilty to charges of criminal breach of trust involving RM8 million. The couple, both directors of FashionValet Sdn Bhd, are accused of misusing investment funds from Khazanah Nasional Berhad and Permodalan Nasional Berhad. Allegedly, they transferred RM8 million from FashionValet’s bank account to 30 Maple Sdn Bhd, their own company managing the luxury headscarf brand dUCK, without board approval. The alleged incident occurred at a Public Bank branch in Bukit Damansara on August 21, 2018. Proceedings before Sessions Court judge Rosli Ahmad are ongoing.
