Eastern & Oriental Berhad (E&O) and Mitsui Fudosan Group celebrated the topping-out ceremony for Conlay, a 51-story luxury serviced residence in Kuala Lumpur. Marking the completion of its structural framework, the RM900 million project is set for completion in Q1 2025. Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, the property features 491 premium units, blending contemporary tropical elegance with panoramic city views. Strategically located near the Conlay MRT station, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, and TRX financial district, the development emphasizes connectivity and luxury urban living. E&O Managing Director Kok Tuck Cheong highlighted Conlay’s dedication to craftsmanship, while Mitsui Fudosan reaffirmed confidence in the project’s success.
